县域经济是国民经济的基石,县域经济的发展,其灵魂是县域经济发展战略。在当前形势下,如何运用科学发展观,研究县域经济的发展战略,以解决县城经济发展中面临的几个突出问题,如经济增长与可持续发展的问题、城镇化和工业化问题、农业生产经营小规模与大市场问题、小城镇建设与大农业问题、工业化与劳动力转移的问题等,显得尤为必要。

A country's economy is the cornerstone of national economy,and the soul of the development of country's economy is its developing strategy .At the current situations,it's especially necessary for us to research the developing strategy of country's economy from the scientific developing point of vievo,so as to solve several outstanding problems confronted in the development of country's economy,such as the problem of economy growth aand continuted development,civilization and industrialization,the small scale and large market of agricultural producing management,small town construction and big agriculture,industrialiazation and transfer of labour force,etc.
