产业结构的调整必然伴随着劳动力在各产业间的转移。因此,在产业调整过程中,必须充分考虑国情和劳动力状况。我国是人口大国、农业大国,劳动力过剩的矛盾十分突出。所以,我国在产业结构调整过程中要把有利于农村剩余劳动力转移和增加就业作为最重要的指导方针,要选择一个适合我国国情的劳动力产业间转移模式,即加快第三产业的发展,使其与我国工业化、现代化进程相匹配。

The adjustment of indutrial structure must cause the workforce shift between industrial,so we must consider the national conditions and workforce's state.China is a large country in population and in agriculture,the contradiction of workforce's surplus is very conspicuous.So in the course of industrial structure adjustment,our country should regard helping the rural transfer of surplus labor and increasing employment as the most important guilding principle,choose a workforce shift mode suitable for the national conditions of our country-quicken the development of the tertiary industry,make it match with the industrialization,modernization of our country.
