关于由产品发展缺陷引起的损害,各国的归责原则不尽一致。在坚持发展缺陷抗辩的原则下,更应兼顾生产者与消费者权益的平衡,以达法律公正之目的。

The developing defect is one kind of the product defect. The imputation principle of the harm caused by the defective product is different in different countries.we should not only insist the defense principle of developing defect, but also protect the right of consumers .By doing so, the justice of law can be realized.
