甜菜雄不育多倍体杂交品种──甜研305的选育

The Breeding of Sugarbeet Male Sterile Polyploid Variety Tianyan 305

甜研305是由双丰六号为转育父本、波兰的MS；为母本采用连续回交进行育性转移及筛选改良，经历七代后成系的甜菜雄不育多倍体品种。该品种的雄不育系的不育率高而稳定，一般配合力的效应值高，属丰产偏高糖抗病品种。该品种在黑龙江省、吉林省甜菜品种区域试验及生产示范中，其平均块根产量、含糖率和产糖量分别比对照品种提高11．7％～20．9％、0．59～0．89度和15．8～29．7％，褐斑病发病率低1～1．5级。

The Tianyan 305 was bred by crossing MS1 of Poland with diploid variety Shangfeng 8,after seven generations, bred the sugarbeet male sterile polyploid variety Tianyan 305. Its sterility percentage of male sterile line was high and stability. The averagn root yield, sugar content and sugar yield of the yariety was over the CK respectively with 11. 7-20.9%, 0. 59-0.98% and 15.8-29.7% in Heilongjiang, Jilin sugarbeet variety regional test and production demonstration.
