摘要
本文对食糖中铜的测定方法进行了研究讨论,通过对不同样品在不同条件下的对比实验,找出了最佳测定条件,同时对过去的测定方法进行了改进。改进后的方法具有简捷、准确、经济等优点。
The determination method of Cu in suger product is discussed in this paper. The best method has been obtained by means of numerous different samples under different tests. Meanwhile the traditional method is modfied. Tfie new method is simple, accuvate and economical.
