摘要 本文在普碳钢轨伤损分析的基础上,根据淬火钢轨伤损实例的检验结果,综述了淬火钢轨的伤损特点。为分析和预测淬火钢轨的伤损特点及其原因,简要分析了电感应加热欠速淬火、整体加热油淬火、轧制余热控制冷却等三种钢轨淬火工艺及其性能和质量方面的差异,提出了改进淬火钢轨质量的分析意见。分析讨论了减少轮轨接触疲劳伤损、螺栓孔裂纹、轨底疲劳裂纹的改进措施,并论述了进行淬火钢轨伤损统计分析的目的和意义。 In this paper, the damage characteristics of head hardened rails are recounted on the basisof the damage analysis of common carbon rail and the examined results of damaged head hardened rails。In order to analyse and fOrecast the damage characteristics of head hard ened rails and the causes thepaper briefly analyses the differences in property and qua lity among three kinds of rail hardeningprocessesi slack quenching by induction heati ng, oil quenching by wbole heati ng and controlled coolingby remaining heat after rolling, presents analytic suggestions for improving the quality of head hardenedrail9, then discusses on improv ement measures for decreasing rail contact fatigue dalnage, bolt holscrack and rail bottom fatigue crack. The purpose and significance of carrying out statistical analvsis ofheadbardened rail damages are also discussed.
