摘要
本文提出一个铁路轨道接头强度静力计算的计算机迭代方法。该方法所采用的模型是将钢轨接头看作支承在弹性支点上的两个半无限长梁用弹性铰连接的结构。这类结构有两种形式,一种是钢轨接头的支承跨距有三种不同的跨长,这与设计的铁路轨道一样;另一种是接头两边的支承跨距和支点刚度系数均不对称——这种模型更加吻合运营线路上的轨道。该方法对迭代初值不加任何限制,而且收敛的速度非常快。文中给出了钢轨接头强度计算的计算机框图和算例。此外,还给出了柔度系数及轨道参数对钢轨接头强度的影响。
A computer iterative method to calculate the strength of rail joint of railway trackis presented in this paper. Here the adopted model is a structure in which the rail joint isconsidered as two semi-infinite long beams,on discrete elastic supports,joined with an elastichinge,Such structure has two types:one has three different support spans just like thedesigned track;another has spens and stiffness coefficients of elastic supports at either side ofthe rail joint unsymmetrical with those at the other side,agreeing better with the track ser-vice conditions. No restriction is attached to the iterative initial value with this method, andthe convergence is extremely fast.The computer flow chart and illustrative examples for cal-culation of rail joint strength are given. In addition,the influences of flexibility coefficient andrail track parameters on the strength of rail joint are furnished.
