摘要
实践中的教育目的常常是相互冲突的,这种冲突不仅损害教育体系本身,也损害教育所要培养的人才。要解决这一问题,必须找到统一的教育目的。约翰·怀特指出,在教育中存在着经济目的、道德目的和以学生为中心的目的等之间的冲突,这一冲突源于人性的冲突。他在分析人性特点的基础上,提出教育目的的冲突应统一于个人自主选择的扩展了的个人幸福的观点。约翰·怀特通过对人性的分析,找到了统一教育目的的途径。其人性观具有借鉴意义。
Educational aims in the practice often conflict, this not only hurts the educational systems, but also the students fostered by education. To resolve this problem, we must find uniform aims. John White has pointed out that there exist the conflicts among the economical aim, the ethic aim and the student_centered aim, they derive from the conflicts among humanities. He put forward the conflicts of educational aims should be unified into the view of free_chosen extensive personal happiness. John White has found the means of education unification through analysis of humanity. His humanity view has far_reaching meanings for us.
