The cultural spirit of Christianity soaking in Shu Ting's poetry consists not only in pursuit of idealism spirit, fated responsibility and self-sacrifice spirit, but also in concern in love as both reality and ultimate value. As an antitheist in essence, Shu Ting makes independent thinking and demonstrate different being in some Christian issues such as condonation etc.
