Analysing Confucius' View of ghosts and gods again

传统观点认为,以孔子为代表的先秦儒家学派是否认死后世界存在的,或者说对死后世界采取存而不论的态度。通过对大量文献分析表明,以孔子为代表的先秦儒家学派本意并不在于否认死后世界的存在,而是强调处理丧事的理性化,对待人事的重要性。孔子对鬼神信仰和死亡问题的理智态度、谨慎的方法对于我们今天处理所谓的"封建迷信"活动具有非常重要的借鉴意义。

Traditional views think the pre-qin Confucianists school represented by Confucius denies to exist the world after death ,or takes the attitude of leaving the question open. But through analysing a large number of documents, the pre-qin Confucianists school represented by Confucius original idea doesn't deny to have the world after death but putting emphasis on dealing with the funeral arrangements reasonably and the importance of the personnel. Confucius' reasonal attitudes of treating ghosts and gods' faith and the death question, have important reference meaning for us treating so-called ' feudalistic superstition ' activity today.
