Analysis on the Developing industrial recycle economy (IRE)

发展工业循环经济是郑州市走新型工业化道路、全面建设小康社会的现实选择。郑州市工业循环经济在清洁生产试点、国家生态工业(铝业)示范园区试点及开展资源综合利用工作等方面取得了初步进展,但还存在基础薄弱、工业结构不甚合理、环境污染较严重等问题。因此,必须从大力推行工业企业清洁生产、改造各专业工业园区、加快工业结构调整、发展生态工业、建立工业循环经济社会支撑体系等方面建立郑州市工业循环经济发展模式。

Developing industrial recycle economy (IRE) is the necessary choice of Zhengzhou to develop new industrialization and well-off society. There are some primary achievement on cleaning production, ecological industry and integrated use of resources in Zhengzhou. But there are some serious problems on industrial structure and environmental pollution. So we should found the IRE pattern of Zhengzhou from cleaning production, industrial structure, ecological industry and corresponding supported system.
