关于铁路资金融通问题的思考

On Raising Funds for Railways

铁路建设和生产资金的严重短缺制约着铁路的发展。本文通过对资金筹集、融通的可行性探讨,提出资金融通的主体及形式是建立铁道金融机构。搞好铁路资金融通,是充分发挥铁路资金使用效益势在必行的举措之一。

The severe shortage ot funds for both railway construction and production has posed constraints on railway further development. The author in this paper intends to discuss the possibilities of funds raising and financing as well as to describe the main structure and forms of financing in this regard. The author states that it is one of the essential ways to do a good job in financing for railways so as to improve the funds utilization.
