摘要
1994年8月10～12日在哈尔滨铁路局召开了“铁路减速顶20周年学术会”,本文为大会宣读论文之一。论述了我国铁路减速顶及其调速系统的发展历程、主要经验、重大意义、存在问题和发展前景。
