摘要
在工程总承包项目中,建立了以项目为中心,以各部室为基础的矩阵式的管理体制。运用《工程管理与调度系统》的项目经理制,科学地调整工程进度及人力分布,把工日定额体系应用到工程项目的管理中,实现了降低生产成本,提高工作效率,保证工程质量的管理模式。
In project overall contracting, the matrix type management system whi ch takes the project as the center and individual divisions and departments as t he basis has been established. By application of project manager system of “Pro ject Management and Dispatching System”, the project schedule and manpower dist ribution is scientifically adjusted, the working day quota system is applied int o the project management, the lowering of production cost is realized, the worki ng efficiency is improved, the management mode of project quality is ensured.
