实验室是高校教学、科研的重要基地。本文针对新建本科院校在实验室建设和管理方面存在的问题,从实验室管理体制,优化资源配置,合理布局,实行资源共享,加强师资队伍建设,仪器购置实行招标等方面论述提高实验室建设投资效益的问题。

The laboratory is the important bases of university's teaching and scientific research. This thesis directs against the existing problem in laboratory construction and management of newly-built universities. From the management system of the laboratory, optimizing resource distribution, rational overall arrangement, implement resource-sharing, strengthening teachers building of contingent, the instrument purchasing and calling for bid, we expound the facts to improve laboratory construction investment benefit.
