摘要
知识经济条件下,人力资源管理将出现与传统管理方式不同的发展趋势。知识经济是建立在高科技和信息化基础上的经济,它不仅在经济关系和经济结构上发生重大变化,同时也将导致人力资源管理科学和实践的深刻变革。
Under the knowledge-based economy condition, the human resource management will appear to the different development trend with tradition.The knowledge-based economy is to build up the economy in high-tech and information-based foundation, it not only results to the change in economic relation and structure, but also will cause the human resource management deeply change.
