The influence factors of public company are extensive and all around.They will form a force as a whole, affect the working performance of the public company.This paper will try to sum up relations among the working performance of the public company, the concentration of share, the structure of share, the inspiritment of management and the directorate, look back the relative statuses of study at home and abroad, comment them at the same time.
