摘要
在我国某些上市公司实施的股票期权激励计划由于相关法律法规的限制而独具特色,尽管作为一种探索有其积极意义,但其缺陷无法避免,根本之计是加快有关法律法规的建立健全。
Stock option is a kind of encourage system for a long period that based on manage result, in every western developed country has become enterprises especially big company's a most important composition part of the high-grade administrator pay. So it has been accepting by the most enterprises especially high new enterprise in our country , and the innovation of this kind of system also suit the transform of the enterprise property relations of our country. However our country has not offer a suitable policy environment and legal environment to this system now, administer structure inside enterprise still do not very much perfect , this has also brought obstruction to the enforcement of stock option.
