摘要
AFLP技术是一项新发展的分子标记方法,能找出DNA分子的多态性。本文综述了AFLP技术在植物研究上的多方面的应用,并对其原理、存在的问题及对策进行了总结。
Amplified fragment length polymorphism(AFLP) technique,a newly developed molecular marker method,can detect DNA polymorphism.Its applications in plant research are reviewed in many aspects in the article.And its principle ,existing problems and proposals are also summarized.
