摘要
上市公司信用担保风险问题在资本市场中引起了广泛的关注,分析上市公司信用担保风险的成因,除体制、法规等外部因素影响外,更重要的还在于上市公司自身管理的不足。上市公司为防范信用担保风险应建立起风险控制机制,降低因担保引发的信用风险,让担保在上市公司经营中发挥更积极的作用。
The problem of credit guarantee risk of listed companies attracts attention in capital market. Analysis needs to he done on the reason of its development. Apart from external factors like system and constitution, the most important point is the insufficiency in self-governance. As a result, the establishment of risk control system is crucial.
