Descriptions and Designing of C2 Organizational in Battlefields

摘要 　为描述并建立信息化战争条件下高效的作战体系,提出了C2组织的概念.定义C2组织的基本元素(组织决策个体、平台实体和任务),并建立了C2组织的描述.基于C2组织的描述明确C2组织设计的任务:组织过程设计与结构设计,分析并建立了设计任务之间的关系. In order to characterize and construct the operation architectures of Information war, C2 organization is defined. The basic elements of C2 organization are presented, which includes decision-making individual, platform entity and model of tasks. The view of C2 organization is founded, on which design of C2 organizations is illuminated as organizational processes planning and organizational structures constructing, and the relations between the two design tasks is analyzed and built.
