对中医辨证学内涵的再认识

Further understanding of the connotation of syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine

辨病因在辨证学中有不可取代的地位,但必须深化对邪、正的认识。病位的确定是辨证中的根本问题,但只能是宏观与微观并存。辨病性则是八纲重要性在具体证候中的体现。辨病机与辨证应是同一级概念,不是辨证学内涵的子项目。气血津液辨证是典型的辨病理内容。辨证学内涵的关键是:辨病因、辨病位、辨病理、辨病性4项。

Differentiating pathogen plays a key role in syndrome differentiation. But the understanding of pathogenic factors and anti-pathogenic factors should be furthered. Differentiating disease location is a fundamental question in syndrome differentiation. But macro and micro differentiation should be considered together. Differentiating disease nature is a manifestation of the eight-principle differentiation in diagnosis of detailed signs and symptoms. Syndrome differentiation based on qi, blood and body fluid is however the typical content of differentiating pathogenesis. The key to understanding connotation of syndrome differentiation is therefore summarized as the following four items: differentiating pathogen, differentiating disease location, differentiating pathogenesis and differentiating nature of disease.
