四臂星型聚异丁烯的制备及应用 被引量:4

摘要 使用一种新型的星型引发剂,采用阳离子可控聚合方法合成大分子的聚异丁烯,探讨了引发剂浓度、单体浓度、聚合时间、聚合温度、溶剂配比等对异丁烯阳离子聚合的影响规律,根据GPC的测试及谱图分析,得出了最佳的反应条件:[4BC]=1.0 7×10 -3 mol/L ,t =30min ,T =- 80℃,V(CH2 Cl2 ) /V(C6H14 ) =3∶7,V(IB) =1mL。并对聚异丁烯的应用作了研究,通过测试和计算粘度指数发现对润滑油的增粘效果良好,可以改善润滑油的热氧化性能和剪切稳定性,与其他粘度指数改进剂相比有很好的应用前景。 Macromolecular polyisobutylene was synthesized by using the method of cationic polymerization of isobutylene and new star initiator. The effects of initiator concentration, monomer concentration, polymerization time, polymerization temperature and solution composition on isobutylene cationic polymerization were studied. From the GPC and spectrogram analysis, revealed the preferable polymerization condition: [4BC] is 1.07 × 10-3 mol/L, reaction time is 30 minutes, temperature is-80°C, V(CH2Cl2)/V(C6H14) is 3:7, V(IB) is 1 mL. Viscosity index modifier was calculated by measuring, and found that there is viscosity increase of lubrication oil, the antioxidation character and the shearing stability of lubrication oil was improved. There is good proper scenery comparison to other viscosity index modifier.
