In this article, the author introduces construction technologies of treatment of mountain collapse at the entrance of the Jiande Niutoushan Tunnel, compares them with construction technologies of treatment of similar projects, analyzes reasons of mountain collapse and provides prevention measures. This project is a successful practical example of treatment of large mountain collapse with construction methods such as little leading conduct pipes, ring type excavation with conservation of core soil and so on.
