摘要 关注食品安全,构建科学、规范的食品安全体系,是关乎全人类生存、发展的大事.目前,我国的食品安全信用体系正处于试点阶段,它特别强调要以人为本,形成"以道德为支撑,法律为保证的信用制度",这充分体现了信用在实施食品安全体系的重要作用. It is important to build a food safety system scientifically and rationalized. Now, building of food safety credit system in China is still in pilot stage. Wang Wei, vice secretary-general of China National Food Industry Association said the base of food safety credit system should be supported by morals, based on property, ensured by laws. He said the key was catch the leading enterprises in food industry. However, this work still was at beginning, so we should face new problems and solve them.
