卫生部主抓四大工作 强调食品安全五个重点

摘要 不久前,中国食品工业协会、国家发展改革委经济运行局、国家统计局工交司,联合在京召开2004年至今年第一季度全国食品工业经济运行情况发布会。会上,卫生部监督局苏志副司长就食品安全的种种问题、卫生部主抓的四项工作和"食品安全行动计划"强调的五个重点等内容,发表了精彩的讲话。 The Chinese government has fully realized that to enable the consumers, food industry and other stakeholders to learn about the current situation of food safety and to participate in food safety control activities is an efficient way of strengthening national food safety control system and improving the confidence of consumers to food safety. So, Chinese government has adopted various measures and ways to promote the participation of all stakeholders, especially the consumers. Mr. Suzhi, Supervision bureau of Ministry of Health emphasized five key point of food industry.
