摘要
本文介绍了常用于电磁兼容自动测试系统中的带GPIB接口的可程控射频同轴开关转换仪。该转换仪主要通过大规模集成电路来实现GPIB接口功能 ,并在软硬件和结构设计的过程中考虑了射频效应及其潜在的干扰 ,因而具有很高的可靠性。如果所用的同轴开关的射频性能足够好 ,那么 ,本射频同轴开关转换仪将在从DC直到射频的整个频率范围内具有很好的驻波比和插入损耗等特点。本文具体给出硬件的设计原理及其有关干扰问题的解决方案。
This paper detailed the development of a programmed radio frequency coaxial change-over switch device. GPIB interface function is realized by the large-scale integral circuit. During the development of hardware and the design of structure, the inherent interference problem is concerned and solved by the circuit improvement. The coaxial change-over switch device will have high reliability in its operation. If the performance of the coaxial switch in the radio frequency is good enough, then the coaxial change-over switch device will have high performance in the frequency range from DC to ratio frequency, including standing wave radio(SWR) and insertion loss.
