摘要 以二步法合成了一种醚酐型聚酰亚胺(PI),实验考察了二胺单体配比对PI溶解性的影响,通过差示量热扫描(DSC)、特性粘度([η])、和红外光谱(FTIR)等对PI进行了表征。实验结果表明:所得PI样品在N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮(NMP)中的特性粘度为1.16~1.38dL/g,玻璃化温度为258~268℃。经红外光谱测定,样品在1780cm-1、1720cm-1和1380cm-1附近观察到PI特征峰,PI可溶于NMP、DMF、DMAc等强极性溶剂。 A ether-anhydride polyimide was synthesized by using the two-step method. The effect on solubility resulted from the molar ratio of diamine monomers was investigated. Polyimide was characterized by DSC,[η] and FTIR. Experimental results showed obtained soluble polyimide samples have intrinsic viscosities between 1.16~1.38dL/g(in NMP). The glass transition temperatures of polyimides measured by DSC were 258~268℃. There were characteristic peaks around 1780cm^(-1),1720 cm^(-1) and 1380cm^(-1) tested by FTIR. Obtained polyimide samples were oluble in strong polar solvents, such as NMP,DMF and DMAc.
