摘要
采用提拉法生长出光学质量优良的Yb∶GdV0.995Nb0.005O4晶体,测得并计算了Nb5+和Yb3+在Yb∶GdV0.995Nb0.005O4晶体中的有效分凝系数,结果表明Nb5+的复合有利于实现Yb3+的高浓度掺杂.同时还测定了不同Yb3+掺杂浓度晶体的吸收光谱和荧光光谱,总结和解释了Yb3+掺杂浓度影响其性能的规律.
The Yb∶GdV_(0.995)Nb_(0.005)O_4 crystals were growth by Czochralski method. The effective segregation coefficient of Nb^(5+) and Yb^(3+) in the Yb∶GdV_(0.995)Nb_(0.005)O_4 crystals were calculated and the results indicated that the presence of Nb as a codoping element favors gaining the high level Yb^(3+)-doped crystals. The absorption and fluorescent spectra of Yb∶GdV_(0.995)Nb_(0.005)O_4 crystals were measured, and the rule about performance of Yb∶GdV_(0.995)Nb_(0.005)O_4 crystals influenced by different Yb^(3+)-dopant concentration was summarized.
