介绍Φ5500圆盘制粒机在冶金行业中的使用,对充分混料、制粒成球、减少冶炼烟尘率十分有效。铜陵金昌冶炼厂炼铜工艺过程中并联使用了两台制粒机,其中第二台在第一台生产实践的基础上加以改进完善,设备越用越好。
The paper recommends the application of disc granulator of Φ5500mm in metallurgical industry. This granulator is very effective for mixing and granulation of material fed. Two granulators are used in parallel for copper smelting in Jinchang metallurgical plant,tongling, and the second granulator is improved base on the production practice of the first granulator. Now they work better and better.
