摘要
分析电解新液温度对析出锌质量的影响,以及空气冷却塔制冷原理及制冷量不足的原因,根据冷却塔的制冷原理,提出几种改进措施并成功用于生产实践,大幅度提高了电解废液冷却塔的制冷能力,有效地控制了电解新液的温度。
This paper analyzes the influence of the new liquid to the zinc quality separated out and the reason for inadequate refrigeration, describes the refrigerating principle of the air cooling tower. The author puts forward and applied some measures in production based on the refrigerating principle of the cooling tower and raised the refrigeration ability of the cooling tower for waste electrolyte greatly,controls the temperature of new electrolyte effectively.
