摘要
概述林木多倍体形成的机制、诱导的途径,以及林木多倍体育种的意义,对林木多倍体育种和应用中存在的问题进行简要分析。
This paper reviews formative mechanism and breeding significance of tree polyploid, summarized inducing approaches of tree polyploid, including physical inducing, chemical inducing, endosperm in vitro culture, and artifical hybridization, and discusses problems concerning breeding and application of tree polyploid.
