海南省各市县经济发展的聚类分析

Cluster Analysis of Economic Development in Hainan Counties

利用海南2001年统计资料,应用因子分析法,对海南省各市、县经济发展状况进行实证研究。结果发现大部分市、县的经济发展综合实力因子的得分都为负值,证明当前海南整体经济实力还很弱。从其经济内部结构分析,海南省各市、县的经济发展大致可以分为四种类型:整体社会经济发展状况良好型、社会福利发展状况良好型、工业发展状况良好型、内贸发展状况良好型,可相应划分为四个层次,建议分层次推进经济发展。

On the basis of the data from Hainan Yearbook 2001, this paper makes a factor analysis of the economic development in the counties of Hainan province. The results show that the index of the synthetic strength factors tend to be minus and at different levels, indicating that the economic strength of Hainan province is still quite weak. An analysis of its internal economic structure classifies the economy of Hainan counties into four types: better economic development of the whole society, better welfare development of the society, better industrial development of the society and better trade development of the society, which are in correspondent with four different development levels. The paper makes a proposal for implementing the stratified economic development strategy in Hainan.
