丹参对休克猫血液β-内啡呔及精氨酸加压素的影响

摘要 观察失血性休克猫血液β-内啡呔(β-EP)及精氨酸加压素(AVP)的变化,并探讨丹参的治疗作用。结果:猫休克5min后,血浆β-EP及AVP即达峰值,以后逐步降低,至休克后155min恢复至休克前水平。两者变化趋势基本一致,呈显著相关。经丹参治疗后,血浆β-EP及AVP较治疗前及休克后相应时程均显著降低。其机理不明,有待进一步研究。 we observed the alterations in the concentration of plasma β-endorphin (β-EP) and arginine vasopressin(AVP)on which we studied the effect of salvia miltiorrhizae in cats with hemorrhagic shock.Itwas found that plasma β-EP and AVP increased tothe peak value five minutes after shock began,andthen, they declined slowly and fell to the pre-shocklevel 155 minutes after shock,The trends of changesin β-EP and AVP were essentially the same and cor-related significantly。 After the cats were treated withsalvia miltiorrhizae,the elevated β-EP and AVP de-creased remarkably.This result suggests that salviamiltiorrhizae can affect the metabolism ofβ-EP andAVP,The mechanism of these changes are not clearand remains to be further studied。
