从谢拉的社会认识论谈中国高校图书馆馆员的知识结构

The Knowledgs Structure of Librarians fron Libraries in China's Universities in Terms of___'s Social Cogniton

作为高校三大支柱之一,目前中国高校图书馆并未完全发挥其全部潜力,其中一个重要原因就是高校图书馆员知识结构不合理,导致素质偏低。因此,必须改善高校图书馆馆员的知识结构,提高他们的素质。从谢拉的社会认识论出发,结合中国高校图书馆的现状和性质,认为作为一名优秀的高校图书馆员,其知识结构应包括以下几个方面:政治思想素质、人文主义素养、专业知识和专业技能。

As one of the three mainstays of a university, libraries in China's higher institutes have not played their potential fully. One reason is that the Knowledge structure of libraians is not reasonable,resulting in low qualities. Therefore, the Knowledge structure of the librarians must be improved to raise their qualities. From the viewpoint of______' social cognition,combined with the prerent state and nature of libraries in China's universites,the paper states that an excellent librarian in a university. Should have such qualities as pllitical and ideological quality,humanism quality,professional knowledge and skills.
