摘要
人才是第一资源,当前,高校引进人才工作面临新的机遇和挑战,人才竞争愈演愈烈,地方高校应从实际出发分析人才引进工作中存在的问题及原因,主动迎接挑战,建立地方高校人才引进新机制。
The competition for talents becomes increasingly intense. Regional colleges and universities must seek truth from facts and introduce talents with purposes, plans and multi channels according to their own practical situations. Meanwhile, they must combine talent introduction with training, establish and perfect talent management system to keep them and use them well, and get the most out of the introduced talents.
