摘要
在不同的基材上采用两步法制备聚酰亚胺薄膜,在电子拉伸实验仪上考察膜的附着强度,在MM-200摩擦实验机上考察膜的摩擦性能,通过SEM观察PI膜表面磨损形貌以及转移膜形貌,测量了不同的成膜基材的硬度。实验结果显示,在A3钢镀Ni基材上制备的聚酰亚胺固体润滑膜具有最好的附着强度和摩擦磨损性能。
Polyimide solid - lubricating films were prepared on different substrates by sintering of the corresponding poly precursor dipped coating. Examined the films adhesion strength,substrates hardness and observed films friction properties on MM - 200. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to investigate wear behavior of the coating and transfer films. The result shows that PI films with different substrates showed different friction properties in the same conditions. Polyimide solid-lubricating films on the nickel - plate substrate had excellent adhesion strength and friction properties.
