摘要 星城广厦是一栋大底盘多塔楼的复杂结构体系。在结构分析中,连续各塔的底部裙房楼板采用符合实际的“多个刚性平面块间柔性连接的假定”或弹性楼板假定。结构的周期比、位移比均应满足规范要求。分析计算应采用不少于两个力学模型,还应进行必要的单塔独立计算,计算时选取振型数应为塔数的9~15倍,裙房顶层及相邻下层的梁板应进行适当的加强处理。 Xingcheng building is a complex structure with multi-towers.In the structural analysis,the postulate that flexible connection is adopted among rigidity bodies,is used to simulate the floor of the annex building,and the structural periodic ratio and the displacement ratio are needed to meet the requirements of code.The results show that no less than two mechanics models are required in the multi-tower structural analysis,and independent calculation of each tower is necessary.The selected vibration modes are about 9~15 times the number of tower.The strengthening measures must be used in design of top and lower adjacent floor of the annex building.
