Preparation and Application of Solid Corrosion Inhibitor DT-2 with Enduring-effect

研制出了DT-2型长效固体缓蚀剂,其基本配方为母体缓蚀剂[m(MH-XF):m(MH-TD)=1:1复配]:缓蚀增效剂(ZX-MO):填充剂(TC):粘合剂(NHH)=20%～30%:40%～60%:5%～10%:10%～20%.在现场应用中取得良好的防腐效果,证明了该缓蚀剂是胜利油田油井防腐的有效手段.

A solid corrosion inhibitor DT-2 with enduring-effect is prepared by following formulation: the percentage ratios between main corrosion inhibitor 〔m(MH-XF)∶m(MH-TD)=1∶1〕, synergistic agent (ZX-MO) , filling agent(TC)and binder(NHH) are 20%~30%∶40%～60%∶5%～10%∶10%～20%. It is indicated that the corrosion inhibitor DT-2 can be used in oil well of Shengli Oilfield to prevent corrosion with favorable results.
