脑室引流和灌注的自动控压系统的设计

摘要 拟建立以颅内压为信号控制脑室外引流和灌注的自动控压模式及系统,该系统具有较高的准确性、稳定性和安全性,以解决临床治疗中各种人为因素造成的不便和不足。并可在此自动控压模式下进行脑脊液置换及药物的脑室外补充和排放,改善颅脑损伤和脑组织的微循环。实际应用研究结果表明,该系统运行可靠,使用方便。该系统将取代目前临床应用的从国外进口的监护和引流产品。 This paper aims to establish the mode and systems that intracranial pressure would be used as signal to control the drainage and perfusion from the outside of ventricle automatically.The system is in high accuracy,stability and safety,which would overcome each kind of inconvenience and shortcoming during the clinical treatment.Meanwhile,under this auto-controlling mode,the cerebrospinal metathesis could be implemented,the medicines could be supplied and exhausted from the outside of ventricle,so as to reduce the scathe of skull and improve micro-cycle of brain tissue.Researching results of practical application indicate that the system is reliable and simply to be used.This system is worthy to be promoted in stead of current overseas clinical monitors and drainage products.
