摘要
报告各种原因接受血液透析患者３８５例，发生脑出血７例，发生率为１．８％。７例患者均有严重高血压，比其它脑出血患者年轻、出血量大、脑水肿重，急性期容易发生抽搐和消化道出血，治疗困难，预后极差。７例均在住院期间死亡，从发病到死亡平均３０ｈ。因此，采取积极的预防措施，尤其是控制高血压甚为重要。
Abstract out of the 385 patients who receivedhemodialvsis
for
different underlying diseases werefound to have cerebral hemorrhage with an incidencerate of
1.8%. All of the 7 patients had severehypertension.As compared with cerebral bleedingcaused
by other reasons,these patients wereyounger,the volume of bleeding was larger and
brainedema was more severe with the fact that convulsionand gastrointestjnal bleeding were
apt to occur dur-ing the acute phase of cerebral bleeding.The treat-ment was difficul and the
prognosis was verypoor,The 7 patients all died during heirhospitalization, the average period of
time from theepisode of bleeding to the death of the patients being30 hours.Our results suggest
that aggressive preven-tive measures(Particularlv the control of hypertension) for cerebral
hemorrhage should be taken inpatients receiving hemod ialysis.
