社会转型视野下的政治合法性嬗变及其重建

On the Reconstruct of Political Legitimacy During the Period of Social Transition

哈贝马斯的重建性合法性理论是释读社会转型期政治合法性的有力工具。从本质上看,转型期政治合法性问题的凸显源于社会文化系统变迁对合法性存在状态提出的结构性挑战。社会转型中政治合法性的民众基础、精神特质、实践形态及评价标准均发生了面向现代社会的嬗变。因而"重建"构成了合法性维护的基本背景。

The state of political legitimacy is shifting from tradition to modern during the period of social transition. There are several characteristics of shifting political legitimacy which need underlining .At first, legitimacy today is based upon the minds of citizens;Secondly, the spirit of legitimacy is linked to rationalism. Thirdly, legitimacy grounds in the legality of established and objective rules. At last, secularism becomes the main standard of evaluating power legitimacy.
