For its loss of the characteristics in regulated forms and meanings, it constructs great adventures in exchange. So every country enacts legislation for its acceptance and makes up necessary regulations in order to realize the principle of exchange efficiency as well as to control it within the scope of exchange security. That is an enlightenment for the perfection of the regulations respecting Chinese blank commercial instrument. With the gradual development of economics and social credit, it is necessary to analyze the present legislative state of the blank commercial instrument in our country in order to perfect its regulations. We have to renew our idea concerning it and make breakthroughs in its regulations.
