规模不经济:“三农”问题的深层原因

Large Scale is not Economic-the Deep Factors of the Problems Concerning Rural, Agriculture, Peasants

由于中国农民占总人口的大多数,农村占国土面积的绝大部分,决定了其农业、农村和农民(以下简称“三农”)问题始终是关系到改革开放和现代化建设全局的首要问题。为此,通过分析和阐释“三农”问题的深层原因在于规模不经济(包括内在不经济和外在不经济),探讨了克服规模不经济的思路,并提出了解决“三农”问题的相关建议。

Peasants, as the majority of the population in the whole nation , occupying the quite most of the national land , determine that the problems concerning agriculture, rural and peasants are always significant to the success of the reform and opening and construction of modernizations in China. By analyzing and illustrating the deep reasons for the problems that the large scale is not economic and discussing that we must overcome the non-economic thoughts, this paper put forwards the related suggestions
