魏晋南北朝御史监察制度的基本特征

Inquiry Into and Analysis of Essential Features of Yushi Supervisory System during the Wei, Jin and Northern & Southern Dynasties

本文结合魏晋南北朝的历史发展,论析这一时期御史监察制度的基本特征,指出:由于统治者的重视,御史监察制度逐步健全和发展;另一方面,由于权臣当道,皇帝优容士族,导致御史监察制度的功用受到制约,收效甚微。

This paper analyzes the essential features of Yushi supervisory system during the Wei, jin and Northern & Southern Dynasties in the light of the historical development. It points out, on the one hand, Yushi supervisory system was improved and perfeced as the results of the rulers 'emphasis. On the other hand, the efficiency of the Yushi supervisory system was limited and produced very little effect, because the influential officials were in power and the emperor treated leniendy the influential and privileged family of scholar officials.
