毛蚶中甲肝病毒检测方法的探讨

摘要 我国沿海各省毛蚶养殖点广泛,但受生物性污染的情况不一。为了解毛蚶受甲肝病毒(HAV)污染程度,作者对浙江毛蚶主要养殖点内的33个组份毛蚶进行了检测。结果用ELISA法测到可疑阳性5份,在再次复测时均为阴性。用cDNA—RNA杂交法复核均呈阴性结果。实验表明,ELISA法简便、节约、快速、敏感,然特异性及重复性尚不及cDNA—RNA杂交法,但因其在基层便于实施,故在大量检测时,适于作为初筛广加应用。 The cultivating beds of clam are scattered wildly on the coastal area in our country, but the contamination situations by living things are distinct. In order to see the contaminate level of Hepatitis A virus (HAV) in clam, we checked 33 groups of clam collected from the main cultivating beds in Zhejiang Province. The results showed that 5 in 33 samples appear false positive by ELISA while all appear negativs in re- probe. Compared with HAV cDNA-RNA hybrid method.it showed that the ELISA is simple,costless,quick and sensitive though in speciality and repeatness are not as good as the former. Owing to its easily carrying on in common laboratories, we suggest that it may be used as screening test in large number of clam samples. examining and also showed negative in HAV' cDNA RNA
