摘要 本文建立了氟的Al^(3+)—Calcein配合物荧光熄灭测定法。该法激发波长480nm,发射波长503nm,线性范围2—150ppbF^-,灵敏度为2ppbF^-,是现有的最灵敏方法之一。100ppbF^-时标准偏差为1.3ppbF^-。用茜素络合剂分光光度法进行对照试验,二者获得的结果一致。 This work was initiated in an effort to obtain a better method for the determination of trace fluoride. A fluoro -quenching method for the determination of fluoride with A13+ - calcein complex is established. The excitation and emission wavelengths are 480nm and 503nm,with rectilinear range of 2 -150 ppb F-. The senstirity of the method is 2ppb F-and the standard deviation 1. 3 ppb F-for 100ppb of fluoride. The results obtained agree with that by spectrophotometry with alizarin complexon. The accuracy and precision of the method is satisfactory.
