吗啡在酸性中经亚硝基化,以硼砂溶液为底液,示波极谱法测定其含量,在Ep=-0.64V(VS、SCE)处产生一个理想的高灵敏度极谱波。研究了火锅汤料样品及罂粟壳中一些成分对吗啡测定的干扰,提出从样品中分离纯化吗啡的方法,消除了干扰。吗啡的最低检出浓度为0.025μg·ml^(-1)。制定了由测定火锅汤料中的吗啡判断掺加罂粟壳的检测方法。

This paper put forward a method of isolating and purifying morphine from samples of Soup materials in chafing dish and poppy shells, which removed the disturbance of Some elements in them, the lowest detection Concentration is 0. 025μg ?ml-1. It developed a testing method of judging poppy shell involved by determination of morphine in Soup materials in chafing dish.
