摘要
采用文献资料法、观察统计与比较法及分析归纳法,系统分析了中、外优秀男选手吊环成套加分动作结构编排的主要特征,并针对中国吊环的不足,提出了发展性建议。使用“单动作”、结合“二连接”和采用”三个以上高难动作的直接连接,分别是中、外优秀选手吊环成套加分动作结构编排的主要特征。而增加上肢、肩带、腰腹、背肌的力量训练,提高运动员的动作控制能力及成套动作完成的难度、规格和质量,是中国男子吊环努力的方向。
With the help of documentation, statistic comparison and analytic induction, the author of this article systematically analyzes the main features of the arrangement of Chinese and foreign top rings players' whole - set score - adding movements and puts forward some practical suggestions on the weakpoints of Chinese rings. Using single movements in collaboration with two linked movements and using three and more exceedingly difficult directly - linked movements are respectively the features of the arrangement of Chinese and foreign top players' whole - set score - adding movements. To increase the strength training on upper limbs, shoulder, waist and abdomen, and back muscles and to enhance the control, difficulty, standards and quality of the movement completion are what the Chinese team should do in the future.
