青少年男子短跑运动员性格特征与比赛状态的相关研究

Research on Character Features and Competition of Adolescent Short Distance Male Runner

运用文献资料法和数理统计法,探讨它们之间的关系,在此基础上对运动员性格类型进行分类,探究运动员性格特征对比赛心理状态的影响,为科学训练提供依据。结果认为:短跑运动员性格向性基本呈正态分布,以中间型和外向型较多,男运动员百米成绩优秀者多数为性格内向、中间型。短跑运动员比赛心理状态以信心强型者较多,不同的性格类型,性格特征对其比赛心理状态有不同影响。

By means of Citerature datum and statistics, this paper analyses the influence of sports man's character feature on mental state in competition. It puts forward scientific principles for training.The results show that the feature of the short runners is in normal distribution, It is mostly in middle type and extroverted type.The excellents in a hundred meter are in introverted and middle type.The shortrun-ner' s mental state in competition are mainly healthy. Different types of character have different effect of mental state in competition.
